Default What is this Bush?

What is this bush? I've searched through my tree book and looked online,
but haven't found anything to match. It's quite nice. The most striking
thing is the way that the flower cluster grows out of the tip of the
branch where you'd usually see a leaf on a branch of this type. The leaf
edges are very smooth which ruled out a couple things that I thought it
might be.

Yes, I think it looks like a privet too. Maybe border
privet? (Oleaceae Ligustrum obtusifolium) Jenny take a look
at these and see what you think:

This is my bush! Thanks so much. I'm really happy about it being
fragrant too, as our mock orange is about to poop out, just as these
open up.

Same question I've been asking for the last 6 1/2 years.

What is this Bush?

Charlie, it seems really a shame to pass up a straight line this obvious.
