Default bleeding heart question

I have a bleeding heart planted in a pot on my front
porch. It (normally) has brilliant white flowers that
"bleed" red. Recently the flowers are pink and not
bleeding. Is this normal for these plants? It was a
gift and I've never grown one before. I'm not sure
which bleeding heart it is - but it doesn't have the
fernlike foliage that I normally associate with it.

Thanks for any help!
