Same thought occurred to me David, except I was thinking of your
gratuitous display of hostility.

You are right. My tone was not waranted.

David

You da man Dave.

Barf bucket time! I prefer David's honest irritation to your patronising
attitude any day of the week.

What? You've never made a mistake that you've apologized for? In you ear
an out the other side Sheila. Opinions are like bottoms, everyone has
one but nobody wants t hear it. Go bugger yourself.

Oh, and Happy New Year;-)

Let me see if I get this straight; because you didn't say opinions
are like assholes, and you said bugger instead of (rhymes with) duck
yourself, it doesn't have the same meaning? You are just as bad only
it's done passive aggressively.

A little slower than usual today aren't you, potty-mouth?

Hopefully the Lady in Oz, who eschews a patronizing tone, took it in the
spirit in which it was offered.

There are many words in our Calvinistic American morality that send
otherwise good Americans right off the edge. You apparently wish to
translate non-charged words from other cultures into a highly charged
Calvinistic American English matrix. Yeah, Puritans.

Bugger, which you missed the translation of, isn't a nice word in
British English but, it isn't so emotionally charged as it is in
American English. Bugger translates as pederasty. It is also a word that
pops up quite often, if you watch English television.

I don't have any more time for this. I'm planning a vacation to the
"Grand Tetons".

Good question

I would take class on tree biology and take a closer look under a
microscope.

Good idea, when do you sign up?

Here is a starter. Elements are being offered now.
