Every yr regardless if I treat the yard with fungucide, I have problems. (

I water early in the morning, never at night, my neighbor waters all night ,
anytime has a great yard.

I don't apply alot of nitrogen fertilizer.

I cut it at 3 inches.

I am wondering if it would help to de-thatch late June, before the hot and
humid weather so to get some air down at the base of the turf?
