Actually, what does any of this crap have to do with rec.gardens? I
thought this newsgroup concerned plants, gardens and how to care for
them. Instead, half the messages are nothing but a bunch of self
righteous bickering over a comment that (while a definite candidate for
the dark humor award), was meant as a bit of humorous jest at someone
else's misfortune. Why not agree to disagree. It's time to lighten up,
grow up and get back to the subject this NG was intended for. It takes
two (at least) to have an argument. If one of you antagonists will be
man enough to break the cycle of name calling, we can all get back to
the REAL purpose of the NG.

Actually once Mr Brehler discovered he wasn't anonymous and his name
calling could be linked to a name, the nastiness stopped. He did his
