Default Fescue in a Bluegrass Lawn

I have a bluegrass lawn but fescues from the field next door is
invading.

I have heard that there are selective herbicides that will kill the
fescue without the bluegrass. Anybody heard of such or know
about their effectiveness?

Any other tips to keep a bluegrass lawn pure ;-)

Thanks,
Rob
