Default Cuttings in water

I discovered the wonders of Coleus and how easy it is to root cuttings
simply by placing them in a glass of water for 2-3 weeks and giving them a
regular misting.

Are there any other (rewarding) plants that will root as easily and rapidly
as Coleus does?

Thank you.
