If someone can tell me what the weed in the following URL is, I would
be very appreciative:

I am fearful that it is Horsetail. As you can see it has taken control
of one of my mulch beds and is spreading! I know it is next to
impossible to control so I am hoping someone can tell me it is
something less difficult.
