Default amusing uselessness

Ah, useless trivia!

http://www.fallingskyhazard.com/catalog.htm

In ancient Greece, throwing an apple to a girl was a way to propose
marriage. If the girl caught it, that meant she accepted.

The average four year-old child asks over four hundred questions a
day.

On April 4, 1974, John Massis of Belgium pulled two New York Long
Island railroad passenger cars totaling 80 tons with a thick rope with
a small bit attached, using only his teeth.

Bamboo plants can grow up to 36 inches in a day.

Only his teeth? No other body parts involved? Wow!
