What would be good to grow that I could use a dehydrator with to snack
on? Would jalapenos good dehydrated? Blueberry's? Banana peppers?

dried peppers are ok. better for soup than snacking, IME.
tomatoes make a good dried snack, as do most tree fruits. i
don't think dried blueberries would be worth the bother. too
tiny. strawberries work ok.
oh, green beans are really good dried (haven't tried yellow
ones ).
didn't your dehydrator come with a suggestion book?

"Principe Borghese" tomatoes. Or a steer.
