Need Help Trying To Grow Kudzu

I found this humorous info on a webpage:

"Kudzu vine can be grown almost anywhere, but it prefers soil and
appreciates sun and occasional water. Mulch with cinder blocks,
fertilize with Agent Orange, and prune daily."
