Default Patios Polymeric sand warning

If you are thinking about using polymeric sand to make a flag stone
patio, beware. They say that it is suppose to be like cement when dry,
and hard rubber when wet. Wrong! when wet it turns to sticky mush. A
childs toe can easily dig out huge chunks. When dry, the sand
constantly flakes off and your house will have sand tracked in all the
time.
I am refering to the high performance sand. The best there is. I
hate to think about the general purpose stuff. mes.
