Default Gorgeous flower art

Something else that's not exactly gardening but certainly related to
plants... Some of you might know about Curtis Botanical Magazine, it's
been creating beautiful illustrations of flowers since the 1700s.
Before society had cameras, scientist/artists would create these
amazing engravings, print them up and color each one. You can actually
buy individual pages of these old books online, and they make
fantastic art. They're not expensive, I got mine at Panteek.com - it's
lovely just looking through their website of antique prints. Fruits,
vegetables, roses, lilies, and some sections pages totally devoted to
orchids. The botanicals are all on the left column of the main web
page. It's a nice way to bring the garden inside on the walls.
Just a thought,
Flores
