Fresh sod will accept bank roots. Watering for hours will just decay water. Set up timers to baptize agilely a brace times during hot days, just abundant to keep it from dehydration out while it develops roots into the soil. Ease off on the watering on air-conditioned canicule or as it toughens up, gradually switching over to weekly heavier waterings.

you should try and water it for about 2-3 hours morning and evening before the sun gets on it or the sun scorchs the
