My backyard is infested with Creeping Charlie and want to act on it in next two weeks to ensure i have maximum impact. Am looking for triclopyr in weed b gon but unable to locate it any stores. Need following advice

1. Where could i locate the Weed B gon with triclopyr
2. Can I apply the above weeD g gon along with with Scott winterizer
3 When is the best time to apply both the above for Central NJ, is it first week of Sep or mid of Sep or last week of August

Can't imagine it all over the grass. Google shows lots of sources of
triclopyr.

I've got small batches of it all over except lawn but it never infests
the place as the deer apparently eat it.
