Default hot water dispenser

electric hot water dispenser. worked well for 2 years. it has
recently started spitting and girrgling, like it has a lot of trapped
air. turing valve on does not clear the trapped air. any ideas are
appreciated. thanks bill

Isn't there a safety valve on the top ? Opening that up should let the
