Default location of zoysia lawns near Raleigh?

Hubbie and I are thinking about converting over to a lower maintenance
lawn such as zoysia, but are hesitant because we're not sure of how
long it takes it to green up in the spring. Can someone please post
the location of some zoyzia so we can drive by and take a look?
Thanks
Grace
