Epidendrum citrosmum? (0/1)
Can anyone identify this reed-stem Epidendrum? It was sold to me as
Epidendrum citrosmum, but researching that name on the web yielded three different plants. It is very pleasantly daytime scented. The flowers are small, perhaps 3/4", heavy/waxy, pure crystalline white. |

There are only half a dozen flowers or so, on a spike, but it will bloom successive spikes for a few months. The fragrance is remarkably pleasant filling the shade house with it's perfume from only a few flowers. The plant seems rather cold tolerant too. It looks like it's sold-out at present: http://woodstreamorchids.com/epi.html |
