Cant these Spam message somehow be removed?DON'T anyone open the attachment!

Once again don't engage these devils via opening the attachments.
Microsoft does not send out updates. The following are bogus: Newest
Internet Critical Upgrad - 156 kb; Last Critical Update -- 155 kb; New
Microsoft Update -- 156 kb; New Network pack--156 kb; Network Security
Pack, Failure letter; Newest Update; Current Net Pack; New Internet
Critical Patch; Current Network Patch; Error Report -- 143 kb; Returned
Mail User Unknown -- 143 kb; Failure letter; Bug Message
