Default Anyone heard of this orchid grower?

For years I've driven past this H U G E set of greenhouses
right around the corner from my house. Did I say this place
was HUGE? I remember our real estate agent saying "I think
they grow orchids there..." when we were looking for the land
which we now own but it's always been a mystery. From a
distance the greenhouses seem to cover at least several acres -
all connected with white shading. Can't see in. Drat. I'm
amazed that I'm so obsessed with the fact that there's a
potential H U G E (did I say HUGE?) stockpile of orchids
within a stones throw of here. Well, maybe a stones trebuchet
from here.

Today, I decided to drive to the entrance to see if there was
a sign. The mailbox says "Greenwich Orchids International"
I looked online to see if maybe they offer an open house or
something but I can't come up with anything that would have
them in Pine Bush NY.

Does this orchid grower sound familiar to any of you guys?

This Saturday I get to go to Venamy orchids to look (ha! yeah
right, look). My husband recently said "too bad you don't have
room for another orchid" snark He is so precious when he's
silly like that.

No, but that doesn't mean anything... If they are mostly wholesale
(with an operation that big, they might be), not many people may know of
them. A lot of people may have their plants. Perhaps they sell to Home
Despot or Lowes. I did find a listing for "Greenwich Orchids
International" in Bedford NY, maybe that is closer?

Why that is silly. See rule 1, below. That isn't some silly
inflexible rule like the speed limit, it is more like gravity.

1) There is always room for one more orchid

3) When one has insufficient credit to purchase
more orchids, obtain more credit

Oh sweet.... if you go Ruth, can you let me know what they make available to
the public? I really would love to find out if they have species orchids.

Thank you,
Mariana
