Default Live Oak Tree Struck by Lightning

I found this on the web and need to know how you answered this email. My
story is that the old live oak tree in leesburg Florida has been hit by
lightning, peel the bark from 10' height to ground. What is the right RX treatment
for this very very old live oak? Thanks Linda
