Amur honeysuckle, _Lonicera maackii_.

http://www.ohiodnr.com/dnap/invasive/1amurhoneysuck.htm

It's weedy and invasive, but is otherwise an
attractive plant. Too bad it spreads into native
woodlands.

cheers
