Default Another Mystery

I just bought a miniature sedge labeled Carex berggrenii. On Google there are
numerous entries from catalogues, but nothing scientific that tells me
anything. It is supposedly a native of New Zealand but was also found growing
on Spitzbergen. A search of IPNI and MBG:W3Tropicos reveals they never heard of
it. I think the taxonomist was Heer. If you ask IPNI for the genus Carex you
get thousands of entries. Anybody got any further information?
