Default Raccoons

Hi all, I think I'm having a prob with raccoons. I started a water garden a
few days ago in a whisky barrel. Got plants, and a few goldfish & 1
shubunkin, and have a pump. Cats came around immediately showing interest,
but they just looked I think. Then the 2nd day, the water was all muddied,
plants were shredded with pots overturned, and when I cleaned it all out
(using nets, etc...), no fish to be found- at all.

What to do? Thx
