Default Oranges for koi and goldfish

Not knowing if the food I purchase is dead fresh since I can't find dates
(Hikari is dated) on the containers, I started feeding them oranges. They
love them and eat them right down to the rinds. This should cover any need
for vitamin C and offer color pigments to help keep their colors deeper
indoors.
