water lettuce:
is water lettuce illegal in the state of texas? i know that water hyacinth
is, but can't remember about water lettuce. thanks, folks! mad -- You can't have everything. My catalog from www.ewaterlily.com says it's illegal to ship water lettuce
to Florida, California, Alabama, and Louisiana only. The only plant they list as illegal in TX is the water hyacinth as you mentioned.
