Default L-Shaped Pond

I'm planning on building a pond on my wooden deck and because of the
configuration, I was going to make this in an L-Shape. Its small:
about 7' long by 6' wide with a 3"x4" leg to one side. Will this cause
a problem laying in the liner? I'm new to this.
