Default Slime

My pond clear but I have notice green slime starting to form on the rocks in
the waterfall. Does anyone have suggestion on what to do? This is my first
full year with the pond, I completed it in September of last year. I know I
probably need to add some form of bacteria but what?

I did a test on the water and this is what I found.

pH 8.0 (is that high?)
Ammonia and Nitrite 0 (no fish yet)
Salt .04%

Any help for this pond newbie will be appreciated,
