Without even building one! Remember I mentioned having a water retention
pond? Well, the city came out, and said that it also serves as a overflow
for their watertower.. so we need to make a drop, and then stream along the
side of the house.. the waterfall will actually be about 10-12 foot high!

I'll have to look into lighting it if we survive this.. if it is NOT up to
spec, they will not allow us to put our house on that land.. and it's due to
be delivered on Mon...

Well, as long as the city approves everything.. there was a point friday
where they told us there was no way that they would allow a home to be put
on that land.. and that was after about $20,000 a 6 months of work finding
land a clearing it.. needless to say, until I actually see a house there,
I'm very apprehensive. The house actually gets delivered monday.

We're going to try to get the runoff dig and the approval on Monday (as well
as the water tap), and then the footers put in on Tuesday. If that can
happen, then the house goes in on Weds.

Right now we're just haning in there hoping all goes well....
