Monty Python....they did a restaurant sketch that eventually started the
idea of 'spam' as we know it as relates to email. Did you see that one? sandra "K30a" wrote in message ... Oh, well, let's totally go off topic!! I was a happy camper when BBCA showed up on our system. I grew up on British TV and movies whilst being raised in Canada. AB Fab and Hamish MacBeth and Keeping up Appreances and Are you being Served and Fawlty Towers and anything Monty Python!! So we need Edina back and Cyber not to fill in the ponds! k30a and the watergardening labradors http://www.geocities.com/watergarden...dors/home.html |

You know, I don't know if I saw it on TV or saw it as a 're-enactment'. My brother used to stay up late, watch the shows and then do all the skits for us over the breakfast table. k30a and the watergardening labradors http://www.geocities.com/watergarden...dors/home.html |

I loved that show and no ones else remembers it at all. -- Bonnie NJ http://home.earthlink.net/~maebe43/ |

Not sure what all I remember... my brother was a human sponge for this kind of stuff. When DH and I were in England, wheeling our bicycles through a muddy village we came across two women all bundled up in wool coats and kerchiefs on their heads, talking away at a rapid clip and they sounded (and unfortunately looked) just like a Monty Python skit! We were gob smacked! Another favorite is Blackadder... k30a and the watergardening labradors http://www.geocities.com/watergarden...dors/home.html |
