Fuzzy Fish - Help please

What is the recommended treatment for the following:

Fish - Goldfish
Symptoms - Grey/black fuzz on skin; fish lethargic
Water temp - 45 F

Out of 25 fish about 5 seem to have some degree of this fungus stuff.
