Default art-car pond

Xref: kermit rec.ponds:146943

Houston held its anuual art-car parade on Saturday. It was on television,
but I don't know how many years they've been doing that. The parade has
been going on for five to ten years. Anyway, one of the entries was a car
with a teeny pond on the hood. It had a little raised berm kind of thing,
with water in it, and an actual little duckling was swimming in it. The
little guy was so cute. He wasn't restrained in any cage or anything, he
was just riding along on the car hood, playing in the water. He was so
cute!
The announcer guy said the car had two ponds, but I don't remember where the
second one was, or how it was made. The camera just focused on the one with
the duck. Just had to tell you guys.
