Default First Pond ( 1 )

Hi folks,
My first pond was a 500 gal plastic preformed from home depo, with a filter
rigged out of a 5 gal bucket, then i came across a waterfall, at sam's club,
just had to have it. Everything was set up in the garage and went togeather
with out to much " ho-huming ", didn't run to bad, the shubunkun liked it.
then they needed more room , the wife just kind of roled her eyes and said, yes
dear. I looked around at what was available for " more room", not much in my
price range.lets look at steel walled kids pools. no,no good. what to do?
several months pass, notice trucking co. on way to pick up nabors kids, big
tank in back, stop, inquire, no dont want a job, got a job, want to talk to
sombody about that tank you got out side, no were using that tank, but if your
intrested in a tank, we got this one out back, ok, lets go looksee, it was love
at first sight, 8 ft X 12 ft high, white plastic, fitted both top and bottom
with 2 in pipe threads, holds 10,000 gal. ah life is good, how much? you can
have it for the taking, you just need to disconect it and haul it off. life is
better, i'll be back in the morning. Falcor
