Default Pond pump

I have a pond 12ftx12ftx3ft deep I have a boggarden in one corner 4ftx3ft, I
wondered if any one can suggest a decent particle pond pump that will run a
water fall and also remove rubbish from the pond a submercival pump is
preferred and a decent filter.
I am in the process of building a waterfall at the moment but I cannot find
a design the suits me at the present time I won't the waterfall to look as
natural as possible.
any help on either of these subjects would be appreciated I am in the uk
midlands.
thanks Mostyn
