Default watercress

A Kind Lady on here told me to put some watercress in my pound to help
filter the water . I got it now it came in bunches with rubber bands around
it How do I put it in the pond ? Do I submerge it leaving bands around it or
just how should I do this if anyone know please let me know thanks

It likes it best if you put it in a waterfall.
I just plop mine down put a couple rocks
around it to hold it upright and that's it.

Just wedge a few pieces between rocks, it'll do the rest.
It especially likes running water.
