Indoor pond update
My Eclipse 3 tadpole pond, established a few weeks
ago, has grown its first frog! It's a little green frog massing about the same as a mature tadpole. Now what to do with it... I've been feeding the tadpoles lettuce leaves (zapped 20 sec then cooled) and algae flakes (tropical fish food). Should I do something different for the frog stage? I have HBH Frog & Tadpole Bites for my African Dwarf Frogs (in community tanks) but I'm not sure those would work for semi-aquatic wild frogs. This is cool. Gail near San Antonio TX Zone 8 |
