Best for Florida .........
Saint Petersburg Florida here about 250 roses .... Mr. Lincoln does great here. Lieblauser does as well but no scent. For white I would suggest either White Queen Elizabeth or Queen Mary 2 both look great next to a Mr. Lincoln / Lieblauser. helpmefind roses is a great site for help finding roses you like.
