Default Everblooming Climbing Red Rose

I need a recommendation for a vigorous deep red climber that is
everblooming and fifteen feet or higher, for partly to mostly sunny
conditions in the Seattle area. Thanks.

Henry Kelsey may be one such rose; size estimates are given as 6 to 8
feet for climates that are a lot colder than yours. At your zone, it may
be a much larger rose - supposed to be resistant to black-spot and all
that too. I would like to get this rose one of these days for myself:
