Default I feed roses with HUMAN BLOOD !

They will grow fantastic with human blood, because roses are
man-eating monster-plants from outer space in reality, but withou
human blood, they will just develop into boring flowers.

Feed them with human blood and they will grow into gorgeous alien
flowers capable of talking to your mind !

Naah. Doesn't work. They just grow more vegetation, don't bloom
very much...and mine seem to be more prone to black spot. And it's
a PAIN to get human blood without killing anyone. Really, a balanced
fertilizer is much better. Blood, human or animal, dried or fresh, does
seem to help keep the deer away, but it's not completely reliable even
for that.

Mark., and get a goddam LIFE
