LINK-INDIA: Menthol mint...
Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP), Lucknow, has
reported coming up with a superior variety of menthol mint, called 'Saksham'. This second-generation variety has been developed through the improved genetic regulation of biosynthetic pathway to enchance menthol accumulation, reports CSIR News of 15 January 2003.
