Default LINK-INDIA: Menthol mint...

Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP), Lucknow, has
reported coming up with a superior variety of menthol mint, called
'Saksham'. This second-generation variety has been developed through the
improved genetic regulation of biosynthetic pathway to enchance menthol
accumulation, reports CSIR News of 15 January 2003. FN
