Default Rock Mason charges??

We are building retaining walls in our yard and we wanted to find out how
much rock masons typically charge for such work? FYI, we have the rocks
already, they would have to lay them down though. The quotes we are getting
for approx 350 ft (l x h) is close to 2K. We felt it was excessive,
especially because we are providing the rocks. Can someone comment? . BTW,
if you have some recos. for good/reliable/reasonable rock masons please pass
it on.

Thanks a lot in advance...

That doesn't seem too bad to me but I would be interested in hearing what
others think.

That works out to about $5.50-$5.75 per SF. I'd say that's middlin' to
slightly high. Try 4R Masonary (Nicole) at 927-7489 or Miles Collinson at
349-2570
