Default Shear & Saw Maintenance

I'm a professional gardener and am looking for an easier way to clean,
lubricate, disinfect and prevent rust on my shears and saws. Anyone know a
better way than Clorox, steel wool, WD-40 or Fluid Film?

Instead of WD-40, wipe with a thin coat of Penetrol or a good boiled
linseed oil (not raw linseed) discarding the rag where it will not
combust and catch fire. That is, throw it out in the yard for a
couple of days to dry thoroughly.
