Default ID this plant please

I bought it at a local nursery and I thought they said it was a "baron's
tail". Of course I can't find anything like that on the internet or in
my gardener's encyclopedia. Here's a pictu

It had sort of a trailing bloom when I bought it but haven't seen it
since then. The "leaves" fall off very easily, and root right where
they fall.

thanks,

Try looking for burro's tail, though I'm not sure that's what you
have. The leaves aren't quite right. But, it is a sedum.
