I sodded my yard with Tiff in early November. When is the right time to
fertilize? What is a good fertilizer that will jump start the grass? I am
not a hippie so manufactured fertilizer is fine with me.

About April 15. No sooner than that because bermuda does not start to
grow till
the soil is about 70 degrees and all you will do is feed winter weeds.
