Default is my plum OK?

It was covered with blooms over spring break, as usual. But now most of
the tree is yellowish. Some parts of the tree are more green than the
picture, but all of the leaves have pronounced green veins. And it
hasn't set much fruit this year, although it's always been pretty
variable. I'd love to know what kind of plum it is. The plums are
small and red/purple, like large red grapes. Purple in the inside also,
very juicy. They're not free stone. Any suggestions as to why it looks
like it does, or what kind of plum it might be?
