I had stuck two potatos in the ground sometime in the beginning of
february. Both have sprouted and are now flowering. How do i know when
the potatos will be ready for harvesting ? Is there an easy way to
tell other than by digging and checking underground ?

Look for cracks in the ground immediately above where the tater should be.
