Default Bradford pears

We have a couple of Bradford Pears that were planted 3 years ago. They are
around 20' tall now but the edges of some of the leaves are turing yellow.
Any suggestions as to what is happening? They seemed to do well in all of
the rain this spring and I have "dribblers" for them from the sprinkler
system, so I do not think it is water related (but then again???)
