Default Storing seeds

I store mine in an airtight plastic container with silica gel inside to
absorb any spare moisture and place in the fridge not the freezer....some of

I have packets and packets of opened and half used veggie and flower seed
packets. Can I keep them for another year, and what is the best method
for
storing them? Can I perhaps freeze them ?
TIA
