Default Fruit trees

I have a little bit of land and was wondering when is the best time of year
to plant fruit trees in Scotland?

Thanks,

Floyd

I'd say autumn through to very early spring then, preferably autumn
though. (If you'd said somewhere on the east coast I might have modified
the periods and added some precautions, but you won't see the same sort
of cold as they sometimes do.
