Default newbie

Hi everyone,
as you can see im new here,
im not sure if im in the right forum to introduce myself ?
moved house 2 months ago into the countryside from town, loving every minute being in a big garden, well it seems huge to me as all we had before was a yard now we have over 1/4 acre garden,
ive always loved gardening, even though mainly everything i grew had to be in pots,
in the short time weve manage to do alot to the garden,
my hubby has bought me my very first greenhouse,
i am so eager to start growing things in it, but as its now september have i left it too late?
it will be a cold frame greenhouse, but south facing where it gets the sun & lots of light,
is there any vegetables apart from onions i can grow, or take cuttings from plants i can grow on for next year?
i appreciate any advice
thank you
